No Refund Policy
All purchases on ThinkFlow Learning are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees
- Partial month/year usage
- Unused problems or features
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
Try Before You Buy
We strongly encourage you to use our free tier before purchasing a subscription. The free tier allows you to:
- Solve up to 3 problems per day
- Experience our step-by-step learning approach
- Test our AI explanations
- Ensure the Service meets your learning needs
This allows you to fully evaluate ThinkFlow before making any purchase decision.
Subscription Management
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for future billing periods
- No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time
- After your subscription ends, you will be downgraded to the free tier
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will receive a reminder email before renewal.
Exceptions
We may consider exceptions in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
- Technical issues: Extended service outages (more than 24 consecutive hours) that prevented you from using paid features
- Unauthorized transactions: If your account was compromised and purchases were made without your consent
Exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request Exception Review
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us with:

- Transaction ID or receipt
- Date of the charge
- Detailed explanation of your situation
We will respond within 48-72 hours.
Billing Issues
If you have questions about a charge or billing issue, please contact us before disputing with your bank. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
